I wanted to create an interactive punching bag that would make every workout count by providing instant and visual feedback. I invented this for all levels from the person who has never boxed before to the Champion boxer who wants continuous improvement. My screen option 1 design enables you to track and save performance statistics like calories, Heart rate, Force, Speed, Knockout hits in real time by also tracking the duration of each workout. Screen option 2 is Training on demand as an option where you can train with coaches with optional 1 on 1 training packages available or video workouts with others who also own Fitsmartgear can be selected on the application to workout virtually. Screen option 3 is beat boxing by listening to your favorite song while hitting the bag. There will be beginner, intermediate & An advance option available on the speed and accuracy of the punches. The bag will go with the beats of the song showing you when to hit and overall calculate your points for each song you do. This a fun challenge for your workouts or for a friendly way to compete with other Fitsmartgear users. I invented this bag with the vision for an affective way for improving physical and mental connection and overall health.
