The present invention is a fitness bag that provides intuitive data collection which gives in-depth insights to a workout to make goal-tracking and performance improvement easy. The bag has LED monitors that display a 360 view with individual statistics that can be reset or stored for future reference. A built-in Bluetooth speaker connects wirelessly to phones and music players so it can play workout tracks during a training session. Fitness sensors collect individualized information about the workouts. The bag has the same functionality as a regular 100-150 lb. bag.
